ADVERTISING TERMS OF AGREEMENT

PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This agreement governs all interactions related to the placement of commercial advertisements on this website.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

Submission of this form (plus the appropriate application fee) constitutes an application for advertisement on our website. The advertising staff at Edge Unlimited Productions, LLC. may approve or disapprove of your submission (text and/or graphics) at our sole discretion. Edge Unlimited Productions, LLC.  reserves the right to refuse to advertise any company on our website for any reason. You will be notified in writing and refunded your full application fee if your application is rejected. If your application is rejected, you are welcome to address the reasons for rejection and reapply at any time.

We do not accept political or adult material!

SUBMISSION OF GRAPHICS

You must submit your logo and any other graphic representations before your link will be posted. If you cannot submit your graphics electronically you must send in a camera-ready hard copy. Your artwork and photos cannot be returned, so please do not send your only original. Mail a camera-ready copy of your logo, along with a printed copy of the advertising registration form, to Edge Unlimited Productions, LLC. / Advertising Registration / 402 Steuben Ave / Forked River, NJ 08731.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Edge Unlimited Productions, LLC.  assumes no responsibility for the goods or services provided by any advertiser on this website. Edge Unlimited Productions, LLC.  disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the products or services sold by other companies and purchased through this website including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or arising by statute, law, or trade dealing or usage.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Edge Unlimited Productions, LLC.  harmless from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature arising out of or based upon the products or services purchased through this website.

SANCTIONS

If a client feels that a professional has provided poor service, he/she may submit a complaint to Creative Solutions, to be considered when reviewing that company's inclusion in our referral list. Advertising privileges may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion. You will be notified in writing if your advertisement is removed from our site for any reason. In the case of paid advertising, the advertiser will be reimbursed the prorated remainder of their advertising fee, minus an administrative charge of 25% of the total cost of the advertisement or $50 (whichever is larger). Any other sanctions against the advertiser are the responsibility of the client.

Edge Unlimited Productions, LLC.  reserves the right to take other appropriate legal actions when deemed necessary. This agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into in the state of New Jersey, and New Jersey law shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement. The advertiser submits itself to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of new Jersey for all actions arising out of this agreement.

By submitting this advertising request, the participating professional/company acknowledges, understands, and accepts these terms of agreement.
